We heard you!

And we will re-introduce the wait list for all Gym time and class bookings from 22 November 2021. Currently, the fastest hand gets to book a session, so we understand that having a wait list makes it easier for you to be in the queue should there be a cancellation of slots.  

How does it work?

Once a Class is full, a Wait list will be generated.
In an event there is any cancellation, a member on the wait list will automatically be confirmed for the said class; based on a queuing system. Member will also receive an email to confirm that they are now enrolled for this said class.

As members on wait list will automatically be confirmed when there is a cancellation, we humbly request that Members only remain on wait list if there is a possibility they are able to attend the said session. Otherwise, we do advise to remove yourselves from the wait list.

Can I be on the wait list for two (2) different classes?

Yes, this is possible. However, in the event one of your wait list was confirmed, you will be automatically removed from the other wait list.

We have noted that there were many incidents of members making multiple bookings and subsequently cancelling these bookings, making it impossible for others who truly can make it to get a slot.  As such, going forward, we will
be tracking the number of cancellations in each month. A 2 weeks suspension from booking may be imposed on members who cancel 8 times or more in a month.
